Garage Door Opener Remote Controls

If you are in the market to replace a broken, lost or missing overhead garage door opener remote, then look no further; Chamberlain Clicker is a true winner. It is the ideal wireless remote replacement for any remote garage door opener. The old hard wire button on the wall can be removed and replaced by the Clicker. It can be used inside vehicles to cover two garage doors in one unit. Each door can be programmed differently and works for almost all door openers.
Older Analog Models
Older models like the outdated analog usually will not work, but this one will work on a 15 year old Stanley opener. The only issue was to get the correct number of ‘clicks’ to input the designated manufacturer code. You have to select one of the unit’s switches to program by clicking it, which is one of the clicks in the instructions, then they will ask you to repeat for the manufacturer you have.
Chamberlain unit’s internal ‘dip switches’ have to be repeated for each garage door opener. The 10-12 ‘dip switch’ settings are visible on the original garage units or inside the original hand held units at least for the Stanley products. This entire process will take about 15 minutes. Before you start, be sure to write down the original door opener ‘dip switch’ settings.
Each brand will have its own little idiosyncrasies, but with some determination and patience you will find this is but a small task. You will be totally satisfied, and the Chamberlain Clicker is great for the price, size and utility!
